Our church orchard is clearing lots of trees so they can plant a bunch of wheat and corn. So they asked wards to come out and help chop the wood and any wood that anyone wanted they could take. Scott took Scott and Joshua along with Grandpa to help out. Since we have a wood burning fireplace they brought a bunch of wood home. It is nice that the boys are learning to be hard workers like their dad and grandpa. Now today they are out cutting the wood into smaller burnable pieces. Dad with the chain saw and yes that is Joshua with an ax. Dad says it's ok since it's not sharp. YIKES! The other three kids were in charge of carrying the wood closer to the house to stacking it in a neat pile. Good work guys!

Scott gathering wood to stack.

Caleb working hard too.

Emma pitching in.

Scott trying to get as many pieces so he has to take less trips. Good thinking!

Look at all that wood! Dad cutting into smaller pieces.

Joshua with an ax...every little boys dream! He's not getting very far though.
