Pinewood Derby

We had our April pack meeting last night and it was our annual Pinewood Derby. Luckily we only had to make one car this year. WooHoo! Since Joshua turned ten this month, pack meeting also meant him moving on to Webelows. Unfortunately the Webelow leader just got released and they didn't call a replacement. That is so typical! Not too happy and could really vent on that one, but choosing not to. Anyways....Joshua was really excited about pinewood derby. He decided how he wanted his car and was convinced it would win. Unfortunately his car didn't place. Oh, well...he had fun and that's all that matters! He had such a light car. I had to glue on 3.30oz worth of weights to get it to the weight it's supposed to be. That was fun! All in all it was a fun night.
